Margaret is a financial and performance auditor for the federal government, bringing more than a decade of expertise in complex documentation, compliance, and detail‑driven analysis, domestically and overseas. She is building a second career in real estate and is licensed in Washington, DC, and soon to be licensed in Virginia.

With 15 years of personal real estate experience—including eleven of her own transactions across DC and Virginia—Margaret has navigated a wide range of transaction types as a client and long‑term investor. She also has 13 years of hands‑on property management experience, overseeing her own rental properties and developing a practical understanding of tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and long‑term asset planning.
